OFFICIAL FISH CAMP ANNOUNCEMENT AS OF TUESDAY AUGUST 12, 2012

Freshmen should report to the New Campus [1501 Taft] at 11:00am Thursday for Fish Camp.
Freshman should bring a lunch with you to eat on Thursday.
Fish Camp participants will be returning to the new campus by 1:00 pm Saturday.
Freshman parents please come at 11:00 am to the new campus for a PTO Fish Camp Parent Reception to get all last minute questons answered. Light Refreshments will be served.

Fish Camp 2012 (for incoming CVHS students)

The Vanguard Orientation Camp (FISH CAMP) will be held Thursday, August 23 - Saturday August 25, 2012. 
The camp is at Trinity Pines.

 This camp has been very successful in previous years.  We are looking forward to you joining us for this,
your initial Vanguard experience, at a minor cost to you and your family.  During the two and a half days at camp, you will:

• Learn to know other Freshmen with whom you will share the next four years
• Have free time to visit with old and new friends
• Meet Seniors and Juniors who will serve as counselors
• Participate in daytime activities that encourage sharing and trust
• Enjoy a late night under the stars
• Learn to swing dance
• Swim, play basketball and four square
• Eat the best camp food in East Texas
