College Visits & Attendance, Transcripts
Please review the following guidelines regarding college visits and
attendance:
College Visits and Attendance
Seniors are allowed THREE college visits during their senior year and prior to May 1. To have your college visit excused, submit a letter (on the college's letterhead) to the Attendance Office indicating the date/dates of the visit. College visits verified in this way will be coded as "Activity," and will not count against the student's attendance total, nor will they adversely affect the student's qualification for exemption from final exams. College visits without verification on letterhead will be coded as an absence. Visits beyond the excused three will be counted as regular excused absences.
Juniors are allowed ONE visit in the Spring semester (only) with the same stipulations as described above for seniors.
Please email Ms. Adams, Student Information Representative, if you need further clarification.
Transcripts
Electronic transcripts provided through eDocs or Docufile, accessed through the school's Naviance System are free of charge.
More information about this online system can be found at www.docufied.com
If you are applying to a college, program or scholarship that does not accept electronic transcripts (above), you will be charged $1.00 for a hard copy of your transcript.
